Further information
Marta, who will guide you in this outing, is an anthropologist. She’s trained in identifying edible herbs — something she’s learned in various courses but, above all, from having been in contact with the local elders, from whom she picked up most of her knowledge. She speaks English and French.
A large presence of monasteries, abbeys, theatre and music festivals, local traditions, natural attractions, and agricultural assets make this area special. You will find so many different things to see and do. The many must-see places include the perfect photo op on a Romanesque bridge above the Nera River.
